As Managing Director of EII Consulting Christian’s responsibilities are reflective of his professional journey. We are a business founded on the principles of effective leadership. Christian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Elizabethtown College, an Instructional II secondary education teaching certificate and a K-12 Principal’s certificate from the State of Pennsylvania. In addition, he has been able to earn a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, both from York College of Pennsylvania. Christian has worked in method development as an environmental chemist and as an independent contractor for Genworth Financial (formerly General Electric Financial). For the last 11 years Christian has taught biological sciences to middle and high school students in courses in all educational settings: general education, inclusion, alternative education, and Advanced Placement.
Christian has been a consistent presence on the board for the Southern Region of PASCD for the last seven years. He was honored as being one of the inaugural fourteen members of the PASCD Emerging Leaders class of 2016. He has presented multiple times at the PASCD annual conference as well as the PETE&C conference. Christian has been asked for the six years to be a guest speaker at SRPASCD pre-service teaching events. Most recently, he has been asked twice to speak at the Capital Are Intermediate Unit I-pad summit. Christian was elected to the Alumni Council Board for Elizabethtown College in the spring of 2017.
Christian is responsible for the development of the fundamental instructional processes EII Consulting uses to help every leader find success. Christian instructs executive teams on how to teach a culture of accountability and ownership that transforms an organization. He fully believes in the company’s leadership platform slogan: “Teach to Lead Together.”
Christian spends most of his free time with his wife, three children, their three dogs and two cats….and a partridge in a pear tree. Needless to say, his golf game is not what it used to be and he is okay with that.
